In behavioral health, you are at the front lines of crisis situations—when was the last time you gave yourself space for care and strategies to help? Come together with other behavioral health workers for a three-part training series. We will focus on strategies and tools to care for yourself, strategies for empathy and de-escalation at work, and how to build leadership during times of crisis.

Join the first part of our virtual training session to learn practices for self and community care including overcoming stress, setting boundaries and building collective well-being.

Space is limited so please sign up if you are sure you can join us! (Please note that there are no CEUs associated with this webinar.)

If you are unable to participate in this session, please visit www.UnitedWeHealUS.org where you can learn more about United We Heal, a campaign of AFSCME, and sign up to get updates and information on future events.

We are therapists, case managers, peers, support staff and allies who are dedicated to building a community behavioral health system that puts healing first. Together we will build a better tomorrow. #UnitedWeHeal
